Silk Screen Pins

How is this type of pin made?

Also known as “Screenprint Pins”, these pins have no metal borders around each individual color.  A base coat is laid over the pins, each color is pressed through a screen, by one at a time with the help of a roller, then it is dried.  The artwork is made on precise dimensions.
