How offset printed pins are made
Our team of expert craftsmen take your bright, colorful, and extremely detailed designs (including gradients) and prepare them to be offset printed on a flat metallic surface cut in the shape of your design.
First of all, a base coat is laid over the pins. Next, your design is placed onto the lapel pin, from there, we will take the newly printed pin and protect in a hard epoxy enamel that will keep your custom pin durable and stunning for years to come.
