Our team of expert craftsmen begins by taking your bright, colorful, and highly detailed designs—even those with gradients. Then, they carefully prepare each design to be offset printed onto a flat metallic surface. Afterward, they cut the metal precisely to match the shape of your custom design.
First of all, we apply a base coat over the pins to create a smooth foundation. Next, we place your design onto the lapel pin with precision. After that, we protect the printed pin with a hard epoxy enamel. As a result, your custom pin stays durable and visually striking for years to come.
