I reached out to The Pin Creator on 12/3/2020 filled out an online request form and then emailed the logo we wanted to use for our hockey trading pin. On 12/4/2020 they sent me 2 drafts of 2 different pins I sent back a correction they made the correction right away with 2 updated drafts. To say this company has been easy to work with is an understatement. After my horror story with a different pin company last year I was hesitant to deal with our hockey trading pins. I have 3 more years of hockey trading pins due to my youngest son moving up to Squirts next year and I will definitely be working with The Pin Creator next year. Amazing customer service.
